Poor service at McDonald's

The McDonald's in pan africa..I'm not happy with the service I got,I was very disappointed when I saw one of the Stuff members that was serving me,that was the worst service I got...I wanted to even cancel the order...I made a promise to never visit mcdonalds ever again...especially the one located at pan africa, I just hope and wish that you guys improve your service.
