Poor service at McDonald's

The service at the Mcdonalds in Evaton. We went inside to order, first the self services machines are out of order. Secondly there is no one attending the queue, we waited for over 30 minutes and no one was served. They only called out about 3 orders that were already placed. We then decided to go to the drive through which also was a night mare. We had to wait to to place an order. No explanation of what is happening.
