Poor service at McDonald's

I would like to complain about the poor service at McDonalds Kempton park # ********** . I bought Med cup corn , firstly their crew members are ridiculously rude not well how to address customers with respect and to add on the bad service i never received my order (3439) . It was a sit order ,sat and waited until i walked out the shop since my order wasn't coming
