Poor service at McDonald's N1 City 24 Hour Open

<p>Hi to whom this may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>Me and My girlfriend have recently visit one of McDonald's branches on 11/02/2017 that is located near N1 City the 24 Hour open McDonald's, we have just came from the CBD and was very hungry, and since we are *****s of McDonald's fries we thought why leave the CBD and on our way home grab McDonald's it was past one the Saturday morning. We arrived at the McDonald's, taking the drive through, there was no cars behind or infront of us at that time, we made our choices swiftly since we are dicussed what we're be having, this was two Spicy Cajun Chicken Deluxe Meals, Large with two Creme Sodas . </p> <p> </p> <p>We waited very long to be helped over the microphone, tv screen order point. Not only did we waited a while there, we waited very very long for our Meals, it was more then 45mins and that alone was waiting at the last window in the row of the paypoint window, we even considered to just drive cause that's how long they have took with our meals but we didn't since we already paid for our food, not once did we see someone at the receive point, not only until it was time to give our cold meals, the fries was cold and hard plus the burgers was not even hot anymore, by the time we received our meals that was one other customer behind us. There was no "sorry for the wait" form the guy that handed our food.</p> <p>This was really poor service, and was very upset since I myself love McDonald's fries and burgers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p>
