Poor service at Mc Donald Parktown

I went to Mc Donald's in Parktown on the 7th Of June during lunch time. I placed an order for to two big mc meals, I sat there 25 minutes only to realise that my order didn't reflect on the queued list. I asked the cashier about my order then she told me that my order was not placed. I requested a refund since my order was not placed. I am very disappointed with the level of service I got. I didn't get an apology from the cashier and they wanted to place an order for me after I had wasted my entire lunch standing there waiting for nothing. My lunch was spent there and I didn't even have something to eat.
