Poor service at Macdonalds Vaalmall Vanderbijlpark

Macdonalds Vaalmall, Vanderbijlpark gives real poor service. Had to call out four times into the drive through speaker before someone actually showed up to take my order, at the payment window had to wait to pay, at the collection window, hat to ask twice for extra straws, how do you hand over four drinks with only two straws, and be shocked when asked for two extra straws?? This was really unpleasant and will not be likely to support again, will rather try Burger King.
