Poor service at Macdonalds Norkem Park

I am very disappointed in the service we have received from Norkem Park Macdonalds. The past 4 times we have ordered for delivery the food has taken over an hour to get here and every time the food has been cold and food missing. Tonight we went through the drive through only to get home once again and burgers were missing. One cannot always check when there are people waiting. One mistake here and there one can understand but 5 times in a row is absolutely unacceptable
