Poor Service and rude stuff

I went there last night 01 September 2018 at about 21;00PM... One of the workers (african fluent Sepedi speaking lady, short in height) was going outside to chit chat with her friend and told me to join the drive thru cause they closed inside. of which the drive thru had more than 20 cars already & some drove off like myself..

My question was " why are you guys closed when there's a lot of stuff still inside, doing nothing.? ''

Her response was " go to the drive thru ''... Then she walked away and ignored me as I told her I'm gonna report you. She laughed and said nothing will happen to her..
