POOR SERVICE AND RUDE PEOPLE

We went to Mc Donalds Carnival mall yesterday, The worst service received ever, 1st of all, The person taking the order is extremely slow this was at 20:50 , then after we placed the order we were asked to go and stop in the parking they will bring the order to us, 15 Minutes past still waiting for the order to be bought to us, It is dark and my children are hungary, We then went to the window to ask why does it take this long, The lady just pushed the food into our hands without saying anything, Very rude , My problem with this is we were standing there like fools and the food was not bought to the car as promised we needed to go ask for the food , They were not even busy at that moment cant understand why we needed to wait this long.
