Poor service and poor representation of what the brand stands for.

This is pathetic, Its a Friday and Fridays are all about family time and good vibes, and McDonalds is supposed to be an organisation that associates itself with caring for families and allowing families to be together, now me and my work family are starving. 2 hours and we still waiting, our productivity has dropped and our manager is not happy. All because you took more then 2 hours to deliver us food. #Disappointing
