POOR SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT

I was just at McDonalds in Bellville I normally go in the morning which is rush hour for breakfast so I understood when I had to wait a bit longer for my order . However this became a habit, I only make use of the drive through which is suppose to be fast and sufficient... it is in the name "drive thru" , "fast foods". However I consciously wait at least 15 minutes after paying at the drive thru for me to receive my food. Not to mention the cashier scanning my point and then telling me after the points have been deducted that they do not have what I want in stock. I am regular customer of McDonalds but this poor constant service/ customer service is ridiculous!!!!
