Poor service and long waiting period

On Tuesday 2015-11-10 at 13:00 I got to McDonald's in Isando and found a long que in the store. It was obvious that the staff could not manage the orders as it was all set on the counters and it looked chaotic. After 15 min in this mess I placed a order for 2 choc sundaes and 2 Mcfizz at 13:15. As my kids were already bored at this time I did not want to order something that might take long. After 30min at 13:45 I informed the cashier that I want to cancel my order and would rather get my kids juice from the KFC opposite the street as McDonald's were taking to long and as this was just a small order I could not understand the delay. My order was then prepared fast but I refused to take it and requested a refund as this was terrible service. The cashier just told me that I can see the confusion inside. This is terrible service
