Poor service and *****ing from customers, failing to refund back

I ordered food from McDonald's loch Logan in Bloemfontein via mrdfood and the driver got lost I even wrote instructions for the driver and he didn't even call me to communicate, he decided to cancel my order and they are refusing to give me my refund back, I'd appreciate if I get helped.
