Poor service and horrible food from McDonald’s Milnerton

I am utterly disappointed and appalled by the service that I received from McDonald’s in Milnerton on the 23rd of January 2026 I had ordered a share box and 2 Big Mac meals and waited a whole hour for my food. When the food eventually came the chips was hard as rock and burned and the food was cold as ice. This is totally unacceptable for McDonald’s Milnerton to be serving customers such disgusting food. I have children and I had to throw the chips away because my children could not eat it. This is absolutely and utterly bad service on McDonald’s part because I was a paying customer and they refused to change it. I am going further with this as I am not going to let it go.
