Poor service and form MacNoDo

I ordered 3 meals at the new McDonalds Drive Thru in Milnerton and was given a packet with only 2 meals in it. I only opened it when i was already too far to return to complain.

Next time i was in the area (one week later which was 25th May at 1pm) I went into the branch to ask to see the manager to explain the situation. I no longer had my invoice from the previous weeks purchase and the front office person told me that the manager would not see me and there no recourse for their error.
