Poor service and food quality

Beyond disappointed with the service received from Mc Donald's Okovango.

After waiting from 10:30am until 12:10pm this is the food we receive.

Call the store and asked for a call back to which I receive no apology or even a call back.

Long waiting time, cold food and barely no chips. After spending a fair amount of money I expected better than this

Disgusted to say the least!
