Poor service and excuses at Macdonalds Springfield Durban

Went to Macdonalds Springfield in Durban today 10/04/2023 at 17:07:33 , got very poor service and silly excuses for the poor service, spent over R350 for the meals, firstly we orded 8 Cagen burger meals , when it arrived we were shocked at the size of the buns , it looked like small, shinny junior buns , when we questioned the so called male Manger, we were told that head office has order the new buns and they have no say in the matter( my son's kiddies meal bun looked bigger than ours), we were hungry and started to eat the burger , only to notice that all the burgers had no sliced tomatoe, so I called the Same manager and told him , he went inside and never came back to talk to us , minutes later I got the attention of the staff inside who sent the second manager ,the shift leader (Zizipho), we asked her about the tomatoes, and she told us that the staff forgot to tell us that they were out of tomatoes ( I feel that the tomatoes were left out because it would have been bigger than the bun), she then fed us the same story that there head office has ordered the new buns , ( buns gone smaller but burger the price is the same ),by the time we started eating , our meals were cold. We also orded a kiddies meal with a milk shake , guess what , they were out of milkshake as well. What a frustrating meal we had at your Macdonalds branch, I have pictures of the meal , shocking, Very disappointed at the service my family experienced, especially at a Macdonalds, Macdonalds should keep to the service they used to offer , get more for your money not less"
