Poor service and eating in a disgusting area.

I always take my family to eat at McDonald's in Nkomo Village Attridgeville. The service is not always the best, but after today's service, am done.

I waited for my order, for about 1 hour 30 minutes. I ordered 3 big Mac's and 1 McFeast large but I received a regular burger, which it was the first time I received such a small burger when buying large, in all the Mac's.

I went to the front to ask and the manager said to me, she doesn't see anything wrong with the burger and the size doesn't change. My question is what's the purpose of buying large, when you'll receive a regular burger? The response was unprofessional or was it because we of the same colour, that why she responded as if am one of her stuff.

The eating area was disgusting, there was not one cleaning the tables. If only I could add pictures here I would show that I was eating a a dumping area, where fly's were busy flying around our food because of the dirt.

I feel like I wasted my money and time, eating cold food. Plus what I ordered verses what I received. Am never going back there, even if I crave it so bad. I'd opt for other places not Nkomo Village.
