Poor service and customer care from Mcdonalds

Food was ordered at 11:50 and was not delivered until after 13:30. I tried calling into the Mcdonalds branch in an attempt to "track my order" and had the call cut in my ear continuously.

This is unacceptable given that most companies only allow a certain period of lunch time and are not very lenient with employees eating outside of the designated times.

Once the food was ordered on the app, It says that your order will be delivered in 45-50 minutes. I have waited way beyond the time in question.
