Poor Service and bad quality of food

Yesterday I ordered a Mcfeast meal at around 13H20 PM on UberEats and when the food arrived to the person I bought it for, complained and said that the burger was burnt and didn’t enjoy the meal and threw it away, not happy with the service from the McDonald’s from chilli on top. UberEats couldn’t resolve my issue at all there were of no help as well.
