Poor service and arrogant attitude

MIDDELBURG is renowned from extremely bad customer service when it comes to the fast food industry. The most worst of all is surely McDonald's MIDDELBURG.The current manager has absolutely no managerial or customer skill ! He is extremely rood and didnt help with the drive through system being off. He made me wait for 10 minutes for two ice cream cones. Eventually I ask for my money back and left. Can McDonald's please sort out there complette lack of customer service.i would feel ashamed if my business were to operate in this manner.Burger king here we come!!
