Poor service

We went to McDonald's Chatsworth and ordered a meal we made payment on the delft service machine but out receipt did not come out as the paper was finished. I went to the counter and asked for assistance.i waited so long then when the lady came to help she goes and changes the paper in a completely different machine I had to shout hey u changing the wrong one pls I'm waiting so long now so she comes and asks me if we did pay are we sure it went through and I'm telling her yes my bank shows its gkbe through but she still asked another 2 times finally she changes the paper but can't print the receipt for us not she can't help us with our order she can't check until I have proof Ir was so frustrating we stood there like idiots waiting to get assisted. So they I started looking through my app to show them what I ordered and the lady cusses me of taking her picture lol what a joke Then some time later I get a miss call from McDonald's then an sms to say my complaint has been closed officially was wondering what that sms is about nonsense. I'm really surprised that such a huge Francise can offer such poor service and my kids love McDonald's.its so disappointing and unprofessional After years of going to this store I am truly disappointed
