Poor service

I get to McDonald's @ Chris hani mall drive thru ,I placed an order a chicken foldover firstly she ddnt not ask if it's a meal or not then I requested that no tomato when I got to her for payment I asked about my meal the answer I got while I was speaking to her she said can she serve another customer was very shocked because I am also a customer. Magagade Elelwani needs customer service training and more especially communicating skills.
