Poor service

Mcdonalds southgate has poor service.. just imaging making reservations for a kiddies party and leaving this place not having one we booked well in advance and when we get here they make us sit without letting us know they dont have cakes or cupcakes, how do you have a party with no cake what is the purpose of the party not only dis the kids wait long they left this place very disappointed... This service was really very poor. Thank you mcdonalds for nothing... Oh and manager in duty is Thuli... Shame she needs management s****s
