Poor service

Tried to purchase their breakfast special on the 18th of March at 6:20am, told we are not ready I must come back at 7am. Poor operational execution of a marketing initiative! Also got a complaint reference number but no one has contacted me a week later! Their CRM is as poor as their service! This was at McDonalda Rivonia Square!
