Poor service

Anyone else get conned/irritated with the extra R2 charge for sugar drinks. I dont mind so much the extra charge.but just in way it's done. They di not clearly ask you at drive through and it does not reflect in screen. I have been making sure of this past few times. Then when u get your change you see the charge then when complaining about it you get attitude from the staff. I will not support mcD anymore on principle Make your signs clearer. Staff trained better to explain to customers and show what you being charged on screen
