Poor Service

I ordered my meals at 5:28 pm. At 6pm my wife went to check on what was the delay as people who came well after us had received their meals. One family was 6 people who came about 15 minutes after us but they received their food and we were still waiting. at 6:02 pm, we asked to see the manager, who stated that they had not started our order. She was apologetic , took our slip and then a few minutes later our meals arrived. This is what I call shockingly poor service and the height of incompetence. The toliets had no toilet paper, very dirty with pieces of paper laying on the floors. I'm not even going to mention the floors in the eating area. Ottery Mcdonalds will never see us again
