Poor Service

We went to McDonald's @ Kwamnyandu Mall this evening for take aways meals and the lady who was preparing our food was so rude she doesn't have manner and she doesn't know how to speak to customer she ended up shouting at my 14 years old son for collecting our meals without even asking if we were going together. She is very rude shame
