Poor service

I recently visited the McDonald’s branch at Atlas Road, and I was extremely disappointed with the service and food quality. Despite using the self-service kiosk and there being no other customers inside, we still had to wait an unnecessarily long time for our order.

When the food finally arrived, it was far from what I expected. The fries were dry, cold, and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while—not fresh at all. The overall meal presentation was poor and unappetizing.

I expect better from a global brand like McDonald’s. This experience left me very dissatisfied, and I hope urgent attention will be given to the customer service and food standards at this branch. We were served with no serviette and condiments we had to remind them, unapologetically they continued to take their time and gave us the condiments. I still rate Mc Donald's Parkrand the best service and fresh food with a great target market
