Poor service

We have recently had really bad service from the McDonald's in Pinelands Drive Thru. On the last 2 occasions that we used the facility we waited more that an hour on the 1st occasion and 55 minutes the second time. The problem with the drive thru is that once you are stuck in that queue you do not have the option to change your mind. The second time we could hear the staff laughing and chatting over the speaker while clients waited in their ridiculous queue. By contrast we used the KFC Pinelands drive through on Friday and we received our order within 10 minutes even though there was a waiting time for wings. Makes one think
