Poor service

I am so disappointed with the services I received from MacDonald's in Pretoria near Gautrain. I bought small chillie cheese fries, the jalapeno bits were countable, and the was no ketchup for chis as I also bought a big Mac. I had to ask for a s**** since the were no forks for my chillie cheese fries!
