Poor service

Juris Matseba said we irritable and impatient. told us we are confused and don't know what we want .. Is it because we are ordering cheap meals -refer to order number 1866 purchased. We ordered 1 hm cheese burger and cappy juice 1XL big mac meal and 1XL chilli cheese burger meal

and we wanted coffee and was told the machines are not working .

Juris and The shift supervisor were not apologetic and and juris had an attitude even in the manner she was talking to us disrespectful and wanted us to understand that she hasnt eaten and we are ( customers) never know what we want . as for we are ordering cheap meals or dont know what we want
