Poor Service

I went to Rosebank McDonald's at The Zone they open at 7 am we went in at 10 past 7 went in I stood there for 20mins nobody come out to assist me after 20 mins the lady come out and said the cashier is coming now I should wait I waited for another 10mins the Manger come out and send can please go and place your order on the machine I went stood a another 5mins for him to activate or put on the machine then when I order my breakfast I could order coffee I canceled the order went back to the counter the lady said to me sorry we don't have Milk.My question is could they not have told us the time they decided to come out and help as we were about 5 customers the Morning which to left because of the way they were taking so long am very very disappointed in the service we get at the McDonald's in Rosebank The Zone and it was not the first time this has happened to me the first time I let it go because I know we all human and sometimes we all run late but this has become a norm now.
