Poor service

This is the 6th time I had to phone Mc Donalds Ermelo to find out where is my order. I place my order online for delivery and everytime I have to phone them because my order is taking more than a hour and half than I still have not received my order. And when you phone them the person that answers the phone does not have an explanation why I have not received my order yet. This is ridiculous. The service is poor really to say the least of it.
