Poor service

Good Day,

Trust you doing well.

Very disappointed again with the service from McDonald's Hill fox. Was at the drive tru just before 7pm with my family. Order was placed and proceeded to pay and collect my order. Ask the lady if everything was in the bag and she confirm all in order. However when arrive home 1 burger was not in the bag. Was not able to return as we live about 15 minutes away.

I don't want anything in return just that this is not the first bad experience with the restaurant.
