Poor service

I had the worst experience at McDonald's Lemontree in alberton on the 23rd of October 2020 Friday evening our order took 2hours 30 minutes we ordered paid by the cashier people who ordered after me left with their food my daughter was hungry and restless from waiting for the food they couldn't explain what was taking so long they kept telling us our order is on its way the guy who was supposed to refund us was so rude as well.

Poor service .. We were expecting dinner not excuses we left without our order.
