Poor Service

i am really disappointed with the level of service, this is not the first time, we work hard and sometimes like to spoil our kids with the little money that we have, we walk in speaking to frustrated workers that is rude and do not like to assist. I ordered 2 kiddies meals confirmed with them if everything was in the bag and they said yes, when i reached home i had to discovered that i did not get what i supposed too, it is not a good feeling looking at the disappointed faces of my kids, to the rude and frustrated staff, leave if you do not want to work or love your job, you are ruining the brand with the poor service.
