Poor Service

I placed an order for delivery through the McDelivery app for a Double Quarter Pounder Meal and an extra Powerade. My order never arrived and I had to call the Call CENTRE. Wasted R80 of my airtime (all records show all my calls). I eventually was told my order is with McDonalds Bellville, Cpt. I paid online so money was deducted already. I then requested Uber (again using my own money) to go fetch my order. I was never compensated for my airtime Costs nor for my Uber costs. After waiting 2 hours. Not impressed at all how this was handled.
