poor service

<p>i placed an order online at 13:00 today for a mcfeast meal with a total cost of R80.50 got a confirmation email that my order will be delivered now i get a call from the craighall branch informing me that my order will be delayed by another 20 minutes, meaningit takes an hour to place an order and get delivery where as we encouraged to place orders but it seems going to the resturant is much quicker as you will never spend an hour waiting for food this is totally bad service should one stop buying mcdonalds and move resturants what should we as customers do.</p>
