poor service

<p>i ordered food at rosebank mcdonalds through their call center and i was promised that the food will be delivered in 45 minutes time but i waited for the delivery for more than 2 hours . Until i called their call center and i was told that they will log in a complaint for me, by the agent whose name is tsakane. Mcdonalds delivery service is poor and the customer service is pathetic....</p>
