poor service

<p>I go to McDonald's in beacon bay East London at 00h40 to order food after work, I go to the drive thru and my wife and I are told that we must come back in 30 minutes. Why the hell is it 24 hours if you telling me to come back in 30 at that time of the morning. The lady mentioned about closing dockets. How is that my problem? How are you'll providing a service if you'll chase your customers away. I'm very disappointed I always go there because my wife and I work shift and stay down the road. I'm sorry but thats pathetic service. I should know because I work in the hospitality industry. Brand name like McDonald's that terrible. I'm really disappointed.</p>
