Poor service

<p>McDonalds quality if customer care has gone down. I went to the McDonald's in koeberg road at 8.36, stood for almost five minutes in their double drive through. I had to reverse out and go inside the store. After ordering a breakfast wrap I only received my meal at 9.00. Why does it take over 17mins to receive my meal. Really pathetic service. Lady at till was thought very apologetic but no excuse for poor quality if service.</p>
