Poor Service

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I placed an order at 09h01, the estimated time for delivery was at 09h35. an hour went pass. The is no traffic today its a holiday.</p> <p>Around 10h10 i did a follow up call for my order via the call centre to Via King Epping McD.</p> <p>I spoke to Vincent Tshungwana at Epping branch, I advise him that I'm not willing to pay for the meal as i spent R30 airtime and 20 minutes for a follow up order and the inconvenience of no delivery.</p> <p>Vincent advise me that i will still have to pay for it.</p> <p>I will escalate this to HelleoPeter for Poor Service</p> <p>King Regards,<br />Bonani<br /> ********** </p>
