Poor service

On the 25th of Aug 2019. I went to MacDonald sunnyside. I had an encounter with a lady Nsibande N (as written on the slip) who rudely asked me why i had i bought such a small thing with a R200 note. I was so puzzled and almost asked her if i should have entered inside the bank and ask them why the atm gave me R200 notes only. I told her that maybe macdonakd should put a sign on the door to say no buying of small things with R200 notes is not permitted or something. That way i was not gonna bother to attempt to walk in. Then she said this needs a manager to authorize. I told her its not a problem she can ask him to come authorize The manager came and apologised for keeping me waiting and i paid got ny slip and waited for my ice cream.

The lady's attitude was totally unacceptable and she made me feel very small.
