poor service

<p>The service at the branch in Rosebank is appealing. The staff is misinformed of the food & prices on their menu & as a result they give out the wrong information to customers. Their drive thru is slow as you are always asked to park aside for them to out your order together & on more than one occasion they still got it wrong. After the menu was misrepresented one morning on my way to work I decided to step in to speak to the manager who casually told me that the lady I spoke to was mistaken & he has spoken to her before but there is nothing that he can do. I did tell him that I was not satisfied with his response as he was making no effort to resolve my query. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.</p>
