Poor service

<p>We wanted to treat our kids with a icecream cone and flake. With the 1st icecream, they forgot the flake, then the other 2 after that was fine, then the last icecream they took almost 5minutes to get the icecream cone and flake ready. They didn't even appologise for taking so long and they weren't even busy. I think that is really pathetic service. We ordered the icecreams at 20:08 and only got it at about 8:20.</p>
