poor service

<p>Today i bought a meal and cuppacake. the lady that was assisting was very impatient. as i was asking her about the cuppacake she said, what cold drink do u want. she didnt even ask me which flavour do i want for the cuppacake. politely i asked her which flavour will be getting, rudely she said, which flavour do u want and i said caramel. then she said to me, how was i suppose to which flavour you want. 1stly i believe when i placed my order for the cuppacake she should have asked me what flavour do i want. so please get kwanele g to fix her attitude. some of us spend our hard earned money so dealing with someone's attitude is the last thing a person needs. i also work with people but never will i ever be so rude towards a person because i know thats how i earn my money. please lets adjust and it's not the 1st time and my colleagues even asked why i even bothered going there.</p>
