Poor service

i went to Mcdonald's in Sunninghill and I bought 1 Oreo Mcflurry on order number 344 and i was served by Mashau T . The shop was empty but I waited for 25 Minutes before i can get my ice cream while the stuff are busy talking to each other and laughing this was the worst service i have ever experienced .
