Poor service

The service was very poor I went there to buy chocolate ****in and they said they don't have it I then opted for the blueberry ****in I then waited for about 15minutes on the drive through no one came to check wether I got what I wanted or not. I do t understand why it took so long because they don't bake these ****ins they had to do was take ****ins and hand them to me but I had to shout for assistance several times before someone cod ectually bring those ****ins. I'm not happy at all because I became late for work because of the lack of sense of ugerncy. On top of that the lady who eventually brought the ****ins didn't even Apologise for the long wait she just gave me the ****ins and turned away I didn't even get to see her name tag.
