Poor service

I am so disgusted in the serviced I received for the McDonald's at Hillfox. I call the manager to place a order he said he couldn't as he has customers, I then told him im 10 mins away and running a bit later, he then agreed and took my order. Once I arrived at the McDonald's I waited for 20 mins in a queue and asked to speak to the manager, surprising enough it was the same guy. I asked for the food and it was not complete and I had to order normal and 20 mins later I asked for the manager and Hopewell took my slip and apologized.

But I must say the service was beyond pathetic. I will never go there again
